All residents are eligible to become members of the CRA, and benefit from their views being represented across the town and borough.
Membership costs just £2 a year, and traditionally our team of trusty road stewards collect the fees from your doors – usually between July – September (they are due in by the end of October for the financial reporting).

Due to the Covid-19 situation we will not be calling door to door this year.
We would therefore appreciate it if you could pay your £2 CRA annual membership
fee by online bank transfer. We will deliver your card once payment is received.

your name and address, to Caroline Whelan (vice-chairman) at 23 Stratford Way.
Once the £2 membership has been received your Membership Card will be posted through your door, and you will be given access to the Membership Pages of this website.
Road Stewards required
Every year somebody knocks at your door to collect your CRA subscription to cover the running costs of our residents’ association. This is your CRA Road Steward. There are about 50 Road Stewards in total, all volunteers, who step forward to support the association, take the opportunity to meet some of their neighbours, and get a little exercise. A typical round takes about 2 hours each year.
At the moment there are 4 rounds where we are looking for a new Road Steward. Could this be you?
